摘　　要：利用数学模型优化复方不同药味配伍和剂量配比成为中医复方配伍研究的一种重要的手段。文章基于投影寻踪(Projection Pursuit,PP)和傅里叶级数理论,建立一种基于投影寻踪和傅里叶级数的中药复方的综合药效与不同配伍间的非线性映射模型。仿真结果表明,该模型是有效的。Using mathematical model to optimize the compatibility and dose ratio of compound prescription has become an important means in the study of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription. Based on Projection Pursuit(PP) and Fourier series theory, this paper establishes a nonlinear mapping model between comprehensive efficacy and different compatibility of traditional Chinese herb compound prescription based on projection pursuit and Fourier series. The simulation results show that the model is effective.
