摘 要:排水管线及检查井往往处在道路结构中,在软土路基中管线基础沉降,往往会导致管线与检查井、管线与管线接口处开裂、错槎等病害,从而导致沿管线位置道路路面产生纵向开裂、沉陷和错台等病害,文章以哈尔滨新区避暑城旅游产业园区基础设施建设项目东一路城市主干路里程K1+000-K1+980处为例,为解决雨排管线下软土基础问题,首次采用预应力管桩处治的方法处置管线软土基础,介绍预应力管桩加固施工工艺、优缺点及施工质量控制。Drainage pipelines and inspection wells are often located in the road structure, and the settlement of pipeline foundation in soft soil roadbed will often lead to diseases such as cracking at the interface between pipeline and inspection well, at the interface between pipeline and pipeline, and so on. This leads to longitudinal cracking, subsidence, wrong platform and other diseases on the road surface along the pipeline position. According to the infrastructure construction project of Harbin Summer Resort Tourism Industrial Park, the mileage K1+000-K1+980 of the main road, Dongyi Road, in order to solve the problem of soft soil foundation under rain drainage pipeline, the method of prestressed pipe pile is adopted to deal with pipeline soft soil foundation for the first time. This paper focuses on the construction technology,advantages and disadvantages and construction quality control of prestressed pipe pile reinforcement.
