摘  要:以成分为Nd_(28.5)Fe_(69.9)B_(1.0)Ga_(0.3)Nb_(0.3)的钕铁硼合金锭为原料,采用氢化—歧化—脱氢—再复合(HDDR)工艺制备各向异性钕铁硼磁粉。重点研究了HDDR工艺过程中钙添加量对磁粉氧含量和磁性能的影响。结果表明,在不改变原有HDDR工艺参数的基础上,添加少量金属钙即可显著降低磁粉的氧化程度,大幅提高磁粉的磁性能。钙添加量小于0.1%时,磁粉的氧含量仍然较高而导致内禀矫顽力H_(cj)和最大磁能积(BH)_(max)低劣;钙添加量大于0.3%时,磁粉中残留的非磁性相过多以及颗粒团聚加重会导致磁性能指标全面下降;钙添加量为0.1%~0.3%是适宜的,在钙添加量为0.2%时,磁粉的综合磁性能最佳,其B_(r)为1.37 T、H_(cj)为1296 kA/m、(BH)_(max)为340 kJ/m^(3)。Hydrogenation-decomposition-desorption-recombination(HDDR)-treated anisotropic powder were prepared from Nd_(28.5)Fe_(69.9)B_(1.0)Ga_(0.3)Nb_(0.3)alloy ingot.Effect of calcium content on oxygen content and the magnetic properties of magnetic powders were studied.The results show that adding a small amount of calcium can significantly reduce the oxidation degree of magnetic powder and greatly improve the magnetic properties of magnetic powder.When the calcium addition amount is less than 0.1%,intrinsic coercivity H_(cj) and maximum magnetic energy product(BH)_(max) is inferior because the oxygen content of magnetic powder is high.When calcium addition amount is more than 0.3%,the technical indicators of magnetic powder declines due to the excessive residual non-magnetic phase in magnetic powder and the agglomeration of particles.The appropriate amount of calcium is 0.1%~0.3%.When the amount of calcium is 0.2%,the comprehensive magnetic properties of magnetic powder are the best:B r=1.37 T,H_(cj)=1296 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=340 kJ/m^(3).
