摘 要:某石英脉型金矿原矿金品位为7.62 g/t,通过重选+浮选的联合选矿工艺选别后,其尾矿金品位为0.75 g/t,总回收率在90.50%左右。为进一步研究尾矿中金的可回收价值,查明影响金在选别过程中流失的矿物学因素,采用工艺矿物学自动分析仪(BPMA)、附带能谱分析仪的扫描电电子显微镜(SEM-EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析等手段对尾矿开展工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,尾矿中的金矿物主要为自然金,偶见银金矿;金矿物主要以与脉石裸露连生的形式存在,其次以包裹金形式嵌布于脉石矿物中,有少量为单体,少量以次显微金的形式分布于磁黄铁矿为主的硫化物中;损失的金主要来源于与脉石连生的金矿物,且粒度十分微细,通过再磨+浮选进一步回收的难度较大。金矿物的粒度极其微细,基本都分布于10μm以下,且有近50%分布于5μm以下;裸露金含量超过60%,可采用堆浸进行提取。The gold grade of a quartz vein type gold mine is 7.62 g/t.The gold grade in the tailings is 0.75 g/t and the total recovery is about 90.50%when it is separated by the combined beneficiation process of gravity separation and flotation.In order to further study the recoverable value of gold in tailings and find out the mineralogical factors affecting the loss of gold in the separation process,the process mineralogy of tailings was studied by means of automatic process mineralogy analyzer(BPMA),scanning electron microscope with energy spectrum analyzer(SEM-EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the gold minerals in the tailings are mainly natural gold and occasionally silver gold.The gold ore mainly exists in the form of exposed and continuous with gangue,and then embedded in gangue minerals in the form of wrapped gold,with a small amount of monomers and a small amount of submicroscopic gold in the sulfide dominated by pyrrhotite.The lost gold mainly comes from the gold minerals associated with gangue,and the particle size is very fine,so it is difficult to further recover it by regrinding and flotation.The particle size of gold ore is extremely fine,and they are basically distributed in 10μm or less,and nearly 50%of them are distributed in 5μm or less.If the content of bare gold exceeds 60%,heap leaching can be used for extraction.
