摘 要:目的:初步考察骆驼刺氯仿提取物的镇痛抗炎活性。方法:以热板模型、醋酸扭体模型和福尔马林模型,考察骆驼刺氯仿提取物ASE的镇痛作用;以二甲苯制备小鼠耳肿胀模型,考察ASE的抗炎作用。结果:热板试验中,ASE中、高(0.50、1.00 g·kg^(-1))剂量对热刺激引发的疼痛具有抑制作用;醋酸扭体试验中,ASE低、中、高(0.25、0.50、1.00 g·kg^(-1))剂量均能减少小鼠的扭体反应次数;福尔马林试验中,ASE中、高剂量均可缩短小鼠舔足时间。抗炎试验中,ASE中、高剂量均可减小小鼠耳肿胀度。结论:骆驼刺氯仿提取物具有开发为抗炎镇痛药物的潜力。Objective:To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Alhagi sparsifolia chloroform extract.Methods:The analgesic effect of chloroform extract from A.sparsifolia chloroform ex‐tract(ASE)was investigated by hot plate model,acetic acid writhing model and formalin model,and the ear swelling induced by xylene was used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of ASE.Results:In the hot plate test,the middle and high(0.50,1.00 g·kg^(-1))doses of ASE could inhibit the pain induced by heat stimulation.In the acetic acid writhing test,the low,middle and high(0.25,0.50,1.00 g·kg^(-1))doses of ASE could reduce the writhing times of mice.In the formalin test,the middle and high doses of ASE could shorten the foot licking time of mice.In the anti-inflammatory experiment,both middle and high doses of ASE could significantly reduce the degree of ear swelling in mice.Conclusion:ASE has a significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic action in vivo.
