摘 要:目的探讨骨移植中应用珊瑚羟基磷灰石人造骨填充材料的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2019年2月—2021年2月该院骨外科骨移植患者50例,依据治疗方法分为珊瑚羟基磷灰石人造骨填充材料移植组(人造骨移植组)、自体髂骨移植组,各25例,分析两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、复发情况。结果人造骨移植组患者的痊愈率为96.00%(24/25),高于自体髂骨移植组的68.00%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=17.022、8.000,P<0.05);治疗后,人造骨移植组患者的VAS评分均低于自体髂骨移植组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.317,P<0.05)。人造骨移植组患者的并发症发生率、复发率为4.00%(1/25)、0.00%(0/25),均低于自体髂骨移植组的40.00%(8/25)、24.00%(6/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878、4.735,P<0.05)。结论骨移植中应用珊瑚羟基磷灰石人造骨填充材料的临床效果较自体髂骨好。Objective To explore the clinical effects of coral hydroxyapatite artificial bone filling materials in bone transplantation.Methods A retrospective selection of 50 patients with bone transplantation in orthopedic surgery in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups:coral hydroxyapatite artificial bone filling material transplantation group(artificial bone transplantation group)and autologous iliac bone transplantation group,each with 25 cases.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,complications,and recurrence of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The recovery rate of patients in the artificial bone transplantation group was 96.00%(24/25)higher than that of the autogenous iliac bone transplantation group was 68.00%(17/25),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.022,8.000,P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the patients in the artificial bone transplantation group were lower than those in the autologous iliac bone transplantation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.317,P<0.05).The complication rate,recurrence rate of 4.00%(1/25)and 0.00%(0/25)in the artificial bone transplantation group were lower than those in the autologous iliac bone transplantation group by 40.00%(8/25)and 24.00%(6/25),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of coral hydroxyapatite artificial bone filling material in bone transplantation is better than that of autologous iliac bone.
