比较关节镜下复位固定与切开复位内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析关节镜下复位固定与切开复位内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折的应用效果。方法选择2020年8月—2021年8月该院200例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者,随机将其均分为对照组100例,行切开复位内固定治疗,观察组100例,行关节镜下复位固定治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组和观察组治疗前的LyshoIm评分(89.46±3.87)分、(89.57±3.68)分和IKDC评分(90.58±4.12)分、(90.57±3.65)分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.206、0.018,P=0.837、0.986);观察组治疗后的LyshoIm评分(98.35±3.25)分和IKDC评分(96.02±2.35)分均明显高于对照组的(86.35±4.02)分和(85.35±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=23.213、22.496,P<0.001)。结论给予后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者关节镜下复位固定治疗能有效提升患者的膝关节功能和稳定性,获得显著疗效,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of arthroscopic reduction and fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament tibial avulsion fractures.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021200 patients with posterior cruciate ligament tibial avulsion fractures in the hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into 100 cases in the control group,which were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and 100 cases in the observation group were treated with arthroscopic reduction and fixation.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The LyshoIm score(89.46±3.87)points,(89.57±3.68)points and IKDC score(90.58±4.12)points and(90.57±3.65)points of the control group and observation group before treatment were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.206,0.018,P=0.837,0.986).The LyshoIm score(98.35±3.25)points and IKDC score(96.02±2.35)points the of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(86.35±4.02)points and(85.35±4.12)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.213,22.496,P<0.001).Conclusion Arthroscopic reduction and fixation treatment for patients with posterior cruciate ligament tibial avulsion fractures can effectively improve the knee joint function and stability of the patients,and obtain significant curative effects,which is of promotional value.
