探讨微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究四肢骨折行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月在该院接受治疗的125例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,A组患者62例,行传统手术治疗;B组患者63例,行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,对比两组治疗疗效、手术指标,分别在术后1 d、3 d及7 d采用VAS(视觉模拟疼痛)评分评价两组疼痛程度、内固定松动、关节僵硬、静脉栓塞、术后感染等并发症发生率发生情况。结果B组优良率为92.06%,高于A组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.387,P<0.05);B组术中出血量为(95.63±2.16)mL,少于A组,B组手术、骨折愈合与住院时间分别为(100.25±5.16)min、(3.25±0.19)个月、(12.05±0.96)d,均短于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=128.003、33.262、44.456、32.325,P<0.05);B组术后第1、3、7天时的VAS评分分别为(3.52±0.19)分、(2.09±0.11)分、(1.05±0.16)分,均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=55.453、58.308、44.615,P<0.05);B组并发症发生率为4.76%,低于A组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效显著,可促进骨折愈合,减轻患者疼痛度,且并发症发生率低。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for limb fractures.Methods 125 patients with limb fractures who were treated in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table.There were 62 patients in group A who underwent traditional surgical treatment,and 63 patients in group B,minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation was performed.The therapeutic effects and surgical indicators were compared between the two groups.VAS(Visual Analog Pain)scores were used to evaluate the incidence of pain,internal fixation loosening,joint stiffness,venous embolism,postoperative infection and other complications in the two groups at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation.Results The excellent and good rate of group B was 92.06%,which was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.387,P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in group B was(95.63±2.16)mL,which was less than that in group A.In group B,the operation,fracture healing,and hospitalization time were(100.25±5.16)min,(3.25±0.19)months,and(12.05±0.96)d,respectively,shorter than group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=128.003,33.262,44.456,32.325,P<0.05).The VAS scores of group B were(3.52±0.19)points,(2.09±0.11)points,and(1.05±0.16)points on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after operation,which were lower than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=55.453,58.308,44.615,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was 4.76%,which was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for limb fractures is significant,which can promote fracture healing,reduce patient pain,and have a low complication rate.
