摘　　要：现阶段,建筑行业的发展速度较快,人们对建筑产品的要求越来越高。如何做好建筑工程实体安全管理,如何保障建筑工程的建设效益,如何解决建筑工程中常见的安全问题,如何减少经济损失和人员伤亡,都是建筑企业亟待解决的问题。基于此,笔者分析了模板及脚手架施工安全管理、机械设备安全管理、基坑工程安全管理、用电安全管理、安全防护措施、职业健康与环境管理等方面的内容。At the present stage, the development of the construction industry is fast, and people have higher and higher requirements for construction products. How to do a good job in the entity safety management of construction projects, how to ensure the construction efficiency of construction projects, how to solve the common safety problems in construction projects, and how to reduce economic losses and casualties are all urgent problems for construction enterprises. Based on this, the template and scaffold construction safety management, foundation pit engineering safety management, mechanical equipment safety management, electrical safety management, safety protection measures, occupational health and environmental management are analyzed in this paper.
