摘 要:本文通过对上海市紧邻老旧小区深基坑工程变形控制技术深入研究,借助工况模拟分析手段,提出深基坑全过程精细化施工概念,形成了“地下空间应力抗放控制”、深基坑施工与邻近既有房屋纠偏相结合施工技术,既确保了新建深基坑工程顺利实施,又保证了邻近既有砖混结构住宅安全,为类似复杂工程积累了宝贵的经验。Based on the in-depth study on the deformation control technology of deep foundation pit engineering close to the old community in Shanghai, with the help of working condition simulation analysis, this paper puts forward the concept of fine construction in the whole process of deep foundation pit, and forms the construction technology of "stress anti release control of underground space" and the combination of deep foundation pit construction and deviation correction of adjacent existing houses, which not only ensures the smooth implementation of new deep foundation pit engineering, It also ensures the safety of adjacent existing brick concrete structure houses, and accumulates valuable experience for similar complex projects.
