摘 要:为保证吊车在既有框架结构板上安全行走和作业,对吊车作业区的框架结构板进行提载加固设计,并对行走和吊装作业时的承载工况进行计算分析。结果表明:经过提载加固设计的框架结构板能够满足吊车安全行走和吊装作业,结构板面铺砂和钢板能够起到应力扩散作用,也有效保护了既有结构使其未产生震动损伤,吊装停机位置设置在柱顶有利于原结构稳定,因支撑架立杆顶部和底部接触不紧密使支撑架立杆承担荷载分摊大,导致结构板的位移实测值高于理论计算值。In order to ensure the safe walking and operation of the crane on the existing frame structure plate,the lifting and reinforcement design of the frame structure plate in the crane operation area is carried out, and the bearing conditions during the walking and hoisting operation are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the frame structure plate designed by the lifting and reinforcement design can meet the safe walking and hoisting operation of the crane, the sand laying on the structural plate and the steel plate can play the role of stress diffusion, and also effectively protect the existing structure from vibration damage, hoisting. The stop position is set at the top of the column, which is beneficial to the stability of the original structure. Because the top and bottom of the support frame poles are not tightly contacted, the load distribution of the support frame poles is large,resulting in the measured value of the displacement of the structural plate higher than the theoretical calculation value.
