摘 要:渤海XX油田属特高孔渗的疏松砂岩油藏,非均质性强,造成其生产井出砂、出水问题严重,开发矛盾突出。连续封隔体技术是一种全新的多功能完井技术,但由于其应用井次较少,尚未对其控流方案设计方法有较深入的认识。因此本文在渤海XX油田进行了连续封隔体完井方案设计现场实验研究。利用油田地质油藏材料,结合油井钻、测资料,对颗粒目数、筛管过滤精度、ICD控流强度及其分布等进行系统分析,形成一套行之有效、预测结果满足工程需求的完井方案设计方法。Abstrac:Bohai XX oilfield was a loose sandstone reservoir with ultra-high porosity and permeability, which had strong heterogeneity, resulting in serious sand and water production problems of its production wells and prominent development contradictions. Continuous packer technology was a new multi-functional well completion technology, but due to its less application wells, there was no in-depth understanding of its flow control scheme design method. Therefore, this paper had carried out field experimental research on the design of continuous packer completion scheme in Bohai XX oilfield. Using oilfield geological reservoir materials, combined with oil well drilling and logging data, this paper systematically analyzed the particle mesh, screen filtration accuracy, ICD flow control intensity and its distribution, so as to form a set of effective well completion scheme design method with prediction results meeting the engineering needs.
