摘　　要：构建与时俱进、科学合理的评价系统,是新时代高校发展学生党员工作有序进行的重要保障,同时也是推进大学生党员素质提升的关键环节。从构建高校发展学生党员政治素质评价的研究现状和意义出发,遵循导向至上、全面系统、自评为主、过程核心的原则,将政治学习、政治表现、政治忠诚和政治纪律作为评价内容,创造性地提出以本人为主体的定量自评,以群众监督为主的定性考评,以教师为主导的指导评价和以党委为主管的综合评定模式,在从严治党的背景下可为高校发展学生党员政治素质评价工作提供思路。Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system keeping pace with the times is an important guarantee for the orderly development of student party members in colleges and universities in the new era,and it is also a key link to promote the quality improvement of college student party members.Starting from the present situation and significance of the research on the evaluation of the political quality of developing student party members in colleges and universities,based on the principles of orientation first,comprehensive system,self-evaluation,and process core,and taking political learning,political performance,political loyalty and political discipline as the evaluation content,creatively put forward quantitative self-evaluation with students as the main body,qualitative evaluation under the supervision of the masses,teacher-led guidance and evaluation,and a comprehensive evaluation model with the party committee as the supervisor,which provides ideas for the evaluation of the political quality of the development of student party members in colleges and universities.
