摘 要:为深入了解外啮合齿轮泵运行中流致噪声规律,基于CFD和Lighthill声类比理论建立其流致噪声数值仿真模型,以研究不同转速工况下外啮合齿轮泵流致噪声特性,并搭建实验测试系统,用水听器对泵的出口2倍管径处流体噪声进行测量,以获得其时域和频域信息。结果表明:流致噪声由离散噪声和宽频带噪声构成,且基频及其倍频为流致噪声的主要频率;泵体辐射噪声的强度随齿轮转速的增加而非线性单调增长,且在1000~2000 r/min转速区间辐射噪声急剧增长(增量约20 dB);流致噪声的主频是由压力脉动的主频以及壳体的固有频率共同决定的。In order to have a deeper understanding of the flow-induced noise law of external gear pumps in operation,the numerical simulation model of the flow-induced noise is established based on CFD and Lighthill acoustic analogy theory,so as to study the flow-induced noise characteristics of external gear pumps under different speed conditions.By setting up an experimental test system,hydrophones are used to measure the fluid noise at twice the pipe diameter of the pump outlet to obtain its time domain and frequency domain information.The results show that:flow-induced noise is composed of discrete noise and broadband noise,and the fundamental frequency and its multiples are the main frequencies of flow-induced noise.In addition,the intensity of the radiated noise of the pump body increases non-linearly and monotonously with the increase of the gear speed,and the radiated noise increases sharply in the range of 1000~2000 r/min speed(increment of about 20 dB).The main frequency of the pressure pulsation and the natural frequency of the shell jointly determine the main frequency of the flow-induced noise.
