摘 要:以具有冷却系统的液压动力站为研究对象,通过测试和仿真,分析各类液压元件的产热和散热特性。根据元件特征参数和物理尺寸,在AMESim软件中建立液压动力站的仿真模型,并根据测试数据对模型进行校准和验证。结果表明,当油冷器中油液流量在40~80 L/min的范围内正弦变化时,油液压降和散热功率以相同的频率分别在0.005~0.030 MPa和9~21 kW的范围内变化。即使冷却风扇不工作,油冷器的散热量仍占系统总散热量的70%以上。当液压管路较长时,管路的散热量较大,不可忽略。研究结果可为液压系统热特性建模仿真和分析提供指导。A hydraulic power station with cooling system is taken as the research object,and the heat generation and heat dissipation characteristics of various hydraulic components is analyzed through testing and simulation.According to the components characteristic parameters and physical size,the model of the hydraulic power station is established in AMESim.The model is calibrated and verified according to the measurement.The results show that,when the oil flow rate in the oil cooler fluctuates sinusoidally in the range of 40~80 L/min,the oil pressure drop and cooling power vary with the same frequency in the range of 0.005~0.03 MPa and 9~21 kW,respectively.Even if the cooling fan does not work,the oil cooler can still contribute more than 70%of the total heat dissipation.And the pipeline heat dissipation should be considered if it is long.The results can provide guidance for modeling and analysis of hydraulic system thermal characteristics.
