摘 要:由于水射流清洗技术具有廉价高效、操作简单的特点而被业界广泛使用。为了研究水射流对土方机械粘附土壤的清洗行为,分析了基于清洁前沿的清洗速率与动量流量之间的线性关系,推导了射流垂直、射流移动和射流倾斜三种方式的清洗模型,研究了射流压力、射流移动速度和射流倾角对膨胀土清洗行为的影响。在此基础上,引入了膨胀土的固有阻尼常数,并修正了清洗速率公式。膨胀土的三种射流冲洗方式的实验结果与理论计算结果相一致,验证了模型的正确性。Water jet cleaning technology is commonly used in the industry because of its low cost,high efficiency and simple operation.In order to study the cleaning behavior of earthmoving mechanically adhering soil by water jet,a linear equation between the cleaning rate and the momentum flow based on the cleaning leading edge was established.Three cleaning models of vertical jet,moving jet and inclined jet were derived,and the effects of jet pressure,moving velocity and inclination on the cleaning behavior of expansive soil were studied.The damping constant inherent in expansive soil were introduced to modify the cleaning rate formula.The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation results,which verify the correctness of the model.
