摘　　要：文章分析了4200 m^(3)开体挖泥船泥舱结构特点和航行要求,介绍了泥舱密封装置的设计和安装方法。泥舱的密封布置包括垂直段密封、转角密封和底部密封。密封的形式为鼻骨橡胶挤压式密封,其整体分为左密封体与右密封体,通过左舷半体的密封橡胶与右舷半体的钢鼻的配合以及舱内外压力等作用实现密封效果。泥舱密封安装有分体式安装法和合体式安装法,文章阐述了密封安装的步骤和控制要点,对船体和密封的安装精度控制提出了详细要求。This paper analyzes the structure of and the navigation requirements for the hopper of a 4200 m^(3) split hopper dredger and introduces the arrangement and installation methods of the hopper sealing.The hopper sealing arrangement includes a vertical section seal,a corner seal,and a bottom seal.The sealing is in the form of a nasal bone with a rubber extrusion seal,and it is divided into the left seal body and right seal body.The sealing effect is realized by the cooperation of the sealing rubber of the port half and the steel nose of the starboard half and the pressure inside and outside the cabin.There are two kinds of installation methods for hopper sealing:Split installation and combined installation.The paper also introduces the installation steps and key control points of the hopper sealing and specifies requirements for the accuracy control of the hull and installation.
