摘 要:通过经典热力学平衡态计算,分析含铝钢42CrMoA中Al_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物变性处理的种类及CaS夹杂物生成条件,结合钢种成分和冶炼过程建立含铝钢的[Al]-[O]、[Ca]-[S]、[Ca]-[A]热力学模型。结果表明:采用Al脱氧工艺,可将钢液中[0]降低至4 ppm以下,但当钢液中[Al]>0.06%时,随着[Al]的进一步增加,钢液中[0]含量变化不大;在钢液中[S]=0.010%、[Ca]=10 ppm时,就可以生成CaS夹杂,影响钢水流动性;若要生成低熔点的12Ca0·7Al_(2)O_(3)和3Ca0·Al_(2)O_(3),且不生成CaS高熔点夹杂物,[S]≤0.008%,[Ca]需要12-16 ppm。按照目前工艺路线和钙线收得率,实际生产中需要喂纯钙线量在0.5-0.67 m/t。通过上述工艺措施优化之后,风电类用钢42CrMo内部探伤合格率由97%提升到99.99%,钢水纯净度得到极大改善。Based on the classical thermodynamic equilibrium calculation,the denatures of Al_(2)O_(3)-like inclusions in aluminum-containing steel 42CrMoA and the formation conditions of inclusion CaS were analyzed,and the thermodynamic models of[Al]-[0],[Ca]-[S],[Ca]-[A1]were established in combination with the chemical composition and smelting process.The results show that:with A1 deoxidation process,the[0]in liquid steel can be reduced to less than 4ppm,but when[Al]in liquid steel is more than 0.06%,the[0]changes little with the further increase of[Al];when[S]in liquid steel is equal to 0.010%and[Ca]is equal to lOppm,inclusion CaS is generated and the fluidity of liquid steel is affected.In order to generate 12CaO·7Al_(2)O_(3) and 3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3) with low melting point and not to generate inclusion CaS which has a high melting point,while the[S]^0.008%,the content of[Ca]is required to be 12-16ppm.According to the current process and the yield of the calcium wire,the feed of pure calcium wire in real production shall be 0.5m/t-0.67m/t.After the process optimization of the above measures,the qualified rate of internal defect inspection of wind power steel 42CrMo is increased from 97%to 99.99%,and the purity of the liquid steel has been greatly improved.
