摘 要:通过研究连铸二冷工艺对30CrMnTi 150mm×150 mm断面连铸坯中心偏析及轧材组织的影响,探讨降低其钢盘条抗拉强度实现免退火加工的可能性。研究结果表明,当拉速为2.0 m/min,电磁搅拌参数300 A/3.5 Hz,末端电磁搅拌为150 A/8 Hz时,比水量由0.7 L/kg提高至为1.2~1.3L/kg,铸坯中心部偏析明显改善,轧材组织均匀性明显提高。热轧后盘条抗拉强度由680~720 MPa降至630-665 MPa,达到了免退火要求。This paper studies the effect of continuous casting secondary cooling process on the center segregation and rolled material structure of steel 30CrMnTi with section size of 150 mm×150 mm,to figure out the possibility to decrease its tensile strength for avoiding annealing treatment.The results show that while the casting speed is 2.0m/min,the electromagnetic stirring parameter is 300 A/3.5 Hz,and the end electromagnetic stirring is 150 A/8 Hz,when the specific water content increases from 0.7 L/kg to 1.2 L/kg-1.3 L/kg,the segregation in the center of the bloom is signifi-cantly improved,and the uniformity of the rolled material structure is also significantly improved.After hot rolling,the tensile strength of wire rod is reduced from 680〜720 MPa to 630〜665 MPa,which meets the requirement of annea-ling-free.
