高线厂减定径机组离合器电控系统浅析

摘　　要：介绍了高线厂减定径机组主齿轮箱离合器控制系统的组成及工作原理,阐述其基本控制流程,对生产过程中出现的典型故障进行分析和处理。通过对离合器运行状态增加实时监控及相关连锁条件等优化措施,把故障从事后抢修向预测维修转变,确保减定径机组安全稳定运行。This article introduces the combination and the working principle of the control system of the main gearbox clutch of the RSM in High Speed Wire Rod Mill,and explains its basic controlling sequences.The typical faults appeared during operation are analyzed and settled.Through the optimization measures like adding the real-time monitoring of the working status of the clutch,it is possible to shift the rescue repair after fault appears to the preventative maintenance in advance,therefore the safe and stable operation of the RSM is guaranteed.
