摘 要:目的探讨刀锋伪影校正(BLADE)技术在上腹部自由呼吸导航T2WI中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1—12月于该院行上腹部MRI检查的138例患者上腹部磁共振检查资料,所有患者均行常规自由呼吸导航TSE-T2WI扫描及自由呼吸导航BLADE-T2WI扫描,记录扫描时间,测定对比噪声比(CNR)、图像信噪比(SNR)、肝脏边缘锐利度,对比不同检查序列的图像质量及肝脏结构显示情况。结果与常规自由呼吸导航TSE-T2WI序列比较,自由呼吸导航BLADE-T2WI序列的SNR、CNR及边缘锐利度均更高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.285、24.146、17.621,P<0.05);自由呼吸导航BLADE-T2WI序列的采集时间为(209.08±11.51)s,长于常规TSE-T2WI序列的(200.04±11.22)s,图像质量评分及肝脏结构显示评分分别为(2.22±0.46)分及(2.26±0.58)分,均高于常规TSE-T2WI序列的(0.96±0.84)分及(1.01±0.88)分,差异有统计学意义(t=366.193、38.952、48.947,P<0.05)。结论刀锋技术(BLADE)在上腹部自由呼吸导航T2WI中的应用价值较高,可减少伪影,提高图像质量,肝脏结构显示情况更好。Objective To investigate the application value of the blade edge technique(BLADE)in the upper abdominal free breathing navigation T2WI.Methods The MRI data of the upper abdomen of 138 patients who underwent upper abdominal MRI examination in the hospital from January to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent conventional free-breathing navigation TSE-T2WI scan and free-breathing navigation BLADE-T2WI scan.The scan time was recorded,the contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),image signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and liver edge sharpness were determined and compared.At the same time,the image quality and liver structure display of different examination sequences were compared.Results Compared with the conventional free breathing navigation TSE-T2WI sequence,the SNR,CNR and edge sharpness of the free breathing navigation BLADE-T2WI sequence were higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.285,24.146,17.621,P<0.05).The acquisition time of free breathing navigation BLADE-T2WI sequence was(209.08±11.51)s,which was longer than that of conventional TSE-T2WI sequence(200.04±11.22)s.The image quality score and liver structure display score were(2.22±0.46)points and(2.26±0.58)points respectively,which were higher than(0.96±0.84)points and(1.01±0.88)points of conventional TSE-T2WI sequence,and the difference was statistically significant(t=366.193,38.952,48.947,P<0.05).Conclusion The blade edge technique(BLADE)has high application value in the upper abdomen free breathing navigation T2WI,which can reduce artifacts,improve image quality,and better display the liver structure.
