腹腔镜胆囊切除术同开腹治疗老年非急性胆囊炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析老年非急性胆囊炎患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术同开腹手术的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2021年2月收治的60例非急性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,按手术方法不同分为两组。采用传统开腹手术治疗的30例患者为对照组,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的30例患者为观察组。比较两组术中、术后指标,总发生率及并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间(61.86±3.94)min、术中出血量(148.59±24.63)mL、切口长度(1.06±0.19)cm、住院时间(4.26±0.55)d明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组的70.00%相比,观察组总有效率(93.33%)更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生出血、感染等并发症仅1例,发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论老年非急性胆囊炎患者接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术,其效果明显更强,并发症更少。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open surgery in elderly patients with non-acute cholecystitis.Methods 60 patients with non-acute cholecystitis treated in the hospital from January 2015 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.30 patients treated with traditional laparotomy were the control group,and 30 patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were the observation group.Comparison of intraoperative and postoperative indicators,total incidence and complication rates.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly better operation time(61.86±3.94)min,intraoperative blood loss(148.59±24.63)mL,incision length(1.06±0.19)cm,and hospital stay(4.26±0.55)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 70.00% of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group 93.33% was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was only 1 case of complications such as bleeding and infection in the observation group,and the incidence was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with non-acute cholecystitis is significantly stronger and fewer complications.
