摘  要:该文通过模拟高速齿轮箱的喷油润滑工况,采用试验的方法研究机械密封在高速齿轮箱轴端密封领域应用的可能性。试验表明:在低速工况时,端面无织构的机械密封具有良好密封性能,但不适用于高速工况;上游泵送螺旋槽机械密封无论在低速和高速工况下,都具有良好的密封性能。通过对比密封端面有槽与无槽时端面的温度,发现端面带有上游泵送螺旋槽的机械密封端面温度要远低于端面无槽时的端面温度,且端面温度随着转速的升高呈缓慢增长趋势,这是因为上游泵送螺旋槽的上游泵送效应随着转速的升高而增强,增加了端面间液膜厚度,减少了端面产生的摩擦热,有效抑制了密封端面的温升。因此该类机械密封在高速齿轮箱的轴端密封领域具有良好的应用前景。In this paper,the performance of mechanical seal applied in shaft end sealing field of high speed gear box is studied by means of experimental method by simulating oil injection lubrication condition of high speed gear box.The results show that the mechanical seal without texture has good sealing performance at low speed,but it is not suitable for high speed.The upstream pumping spiral groove mechanical seal has good sealing performance both at low speed and high speed.By comparing the end face temperature of the mechanical seal with the grooves and no grooves of the end face,found that end with the upstream pumping mechanical seal face of spiral groove temperature much lower than face no groove at the time of the end face temperature.This is because the upstream pumping effect of the upstream pumping spiral groove increases with the increase of the rotational speed,increases the thickness of the liquid film between the end faces,reduces the friction heat generated by the end faces,and effectively inhibits the temperature rise of the seal end faces.Therefore,this kind of mechanical seal has a good application prospect in the field of shaft end seal of high speed gear box.
