摘　　要：国内某石化企业30万吨/年高密度聚乙烯(简称HDPE)装置共有5台淤浆泵,淤浆泵是HDPE装置的核心设备,该泵输送介质颗粒含量高、外冲洗介质易汽化、压力高,进口品牌机械密封频繁泄漏,严重影响装置的安全平稳生产,现该机械密封由中密控股成功实现国产化。A domestic petrochemical plant with 300,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene(HDPE)unit has five slurry pumps.The slurry pumps are as critical equipment of HDPE plant.The pumped fluid is characterized by high particles,high pressure and easy to vaporize for external flush fluid.Imported mechanical seals are always failed frequently,which have a seriously impact on the safe and stable production of the plant.Now the mechanical seal has been successfully made localization by Sinoseal Holding Co.,Ltd.
