上游泵送机械密封端面压力测试的数值研究

摘　　要：以数值计算手段对上游泵送机械密封静环设置测压用引压管前后密封端面压力场和性能变化进行了研究,发现设置合适管径引压管对端面间液膜流场的干扰较小,测压方法有效;但随着引压管管径的增大,密封泵送量和开启力均减小,原密封工作状态发生变化,应通过力平衡计算对测量结果进行修正。A numerical study of the pressure field and sealing performance of upstream pumping mechanical seal before and after the set of guiding pressure pipe has been done.Using arrangement of suitable size of piezometric tube to measure the liquid film pressure which has less interference of liquid film flow is effective.However,with the increase of guiding pressure pipe diameter,the pump output and seal opening force decreases.The original sealing work condition changes,the measuring result should be corrected through force balance calculation.
