摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,人们对建筑工程的要求日益提高。基于此,本文首先探究了建筑工程招标制度在我国的发展历程,其次分析了最低价中标法的优势,再次探讨了最低价中标法存在的主要问题,最后提出了最低价中标法应用问题的对策与建议,以期为建筑企业有效控制施工成本提供帮助。With the rapid development of social economy,people’s requirements for construction projects are increasing.Based on this analysis,firstly,the development process of the Chinese bidding system of construction projects is investigated,Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of the lowest-price bidding method are analyzed,and finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the application of the lowest-price bidding method are given.The results are helpful to provide reference for construction enterprises to effectively control construction costs.
