摘 要:社区教育特色课程既是社区教育课程体系中的亮点,也是开发的重点。通过分析2011—2020年常州社区教育面授课程供需状况,得出社区教育特色课程在优质课程、专业教师、孵化基地及不同区域等供需上存在不平衡。基于供需现状和供给侧结构性改革理论,社区教育特色课程应以教育惠民为宗旨,顺应社区居民终身学习多样化、个性化特点,促进课程开发主体多元化,契合课程高质量发展、课程孵化基地特色发展和区域协调发展等新需求。The characteristic courses of community education are not only the highlight of the curriculum system of community education,but also the focus of development.According to the supply and demand of face-to-face courses in Changzhou community education from 2011 to 2020,it is reflected that the supply and demand of characteristic courses in community education are imbalanced in high-quality courses,professional teachers,incubation bases and different regions.Based on the current situation of supply and demand and the theory of supply-side reform,the characteristic courses in community education should aim to benefit people,comply with the diversified and personalized characteristics of lifelong learning of community residents,promote the diversification of course development subjects,and meet the new needs of high-quality course development,characteristic development of course incubation base and regional coordinated development.
