大学生三人制篮球比赛攻防技战术特点探究

摘　　要：三人制篮球运动和五人制篮球运动一样,深受广大篮球爱好者的喜爱,其简便易行的运动方式,给高校学生提供了大量的锻炼、交流的机会。为了让大学生三人制篮球比赛水平得到进一步提升,文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、录像观察法,以近年来举办的学生三人制篮球比赛为依据,对攻防技战术特点进行分析。分析结果表明:进攻技战术中,交叉步突破、运球投篮、双手头上传球等具有显著效果;防守技战术中,球员补防对封盖的作用、卡位技术对防守篮板球的获取等都值得关注。根据研究结果,建议大学生篮球教练员和运动员在做好日常体能、技术训练的同时,还需要对三人制篮球攻防守技战术进行深入探究。Three person basketball,like five person basketball,is deeply loved by the majority of basketball lovers.Because of its simple and easy way of sports,it provides college students with a lot of opportunities for exercise and communication.In order to further improve the level of college students'three person basketball game,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview and video observation to analyze the characteristics of attack and defense techniques and tactics based on the student three person basketball game in recent years.The results show that in the offensive techniques and tactics,cross step breakthrough,dribble shooting and two handed overhead passing have significant effects;in defensive techniques and tactics,the role of players'supplementary defense on blocking and the acquisition of defensive rebounds by blocking technology are worthy of attention.According to the research results,college basketball coaches and athletes should not only do a good job in daily physical and technical training,but also need to deeply explore the attack and defense skills and tactics of three person basketball.
