摘　　要：目的:通过对壮医药线点灸配合四季贴疗法对哮喘缓解期大学生的治疗,观察其是否能够有效降低哮喘缓解期大学生血清IL-4水平,提高生存质量。方法:将哮喘的缓解期大学生60例随机地划分对照组与治疗组,每组各30例,对照组单纯进行四季贴疗法,治疗组则采用壮药线点灸配合四季贴疗法,通过治疗相同时间后,比较两组大学生血清IL-4水平以及大学生对自身生存质量的评价并对结果进行分析。结果:在治疗前,对两组大学生的血清IL-4水平、对自身生存质量的评价比较,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的血清IL-4水平小于对照组,治疗组大学生对自身生存质量的评价也高于对照组,差异均有统计含义(P<0.05)。结语:壮医药线点灸有效配合四季贴能够有效降低哮喘缓解期大学生血清IL-4水平,提高生存质量。Objective: Through the treatment of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Siji plaster therapy on college students in asthma remission stage, to observe whether it can effectively reduce the level of serum IL-4 and improve their quality of life in asthma remission stage. Methods: 60 cases of college students in asthma remission stage were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30cases in each group. The control group was treated with Siji plaster therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Siji plaster therapy. After the same time of treatment, the levels of serum IL-4 and college students’ evaluation of their own quality of life were compared between the two groups, and the results were analyzed. Results:Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of serum IL-4 and the evaluation of their own quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the level of serum IL-4 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the evaluation of students’ quality of life in the treatment group was also higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combined with Siji plaster can effectively reduce serum IL-4 level and improve the quality of life of college students in asthma remission stage.
