摘　　要：医院“三长一短”问题仍然十分严峻,背后反映的问题需要结合互联网等技术手段解决,在“互联网+医疗”背景下,其方式更是多种多样,目的是解决病人未被满足的需要,提高医院的服务水平。文章从门诊流程优化的角度提出问题,研究在这方面的现状以解决方案,再对一些医院目前的解决方案进行分析,表明这些方案可推动门诊流程优化的发展更智能化,让医院更好地适应现代社会的要求。The problem of "three longs and one short" in hospitals is still very serious. The problems behind it need to be solved by means of Internet and other technical means. Under the background of "Internet + medical treatment", the ways are more varied, aiming at solving the needs of patients who are not met and improving the level of hospital services. This paper puts forward problems from the perspective of outpatient process optimization, studies the current situation in this regard to find solutions, and then analyzes the current solutions of some hospitals to show the solutions can promote the development of outpatient process optimization to be more intelligent,and make hospitals better adapt to the requirements of modern society.
