摘　　要：[目的]通过性状和微性状鉴定法鉴别不同产地阳春砂。[方法]采用性状及微性状鉴别方法鉴别广东、广西、云南、福建、越南和老挝6个产地的阳春砂。[结果]不同产地阳春砂外观性状(果实表面颜色、毛刺分布、种子团间隔膜是否外延、气味)特征存在一定差异,而微性状(毛刺形状、花被残基、花柱残基)差异相对明显。[结论]性状与微性状二者结合可准确鉴别、区分不同产地阳春砂,为不同产地阳春砂的鉴别提供理论依据。[Objective]The identification methods of characters and micro-characters were used to identify the Amomum villosum from different areas.[Method]The characteristics of A.villosum from 6 producing areas in Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Fujian,Vietnam and Laos were identified by character and micro-character identification methods.[Result]There were some differences in the appearance characteristics(fruit surface color,burr distribution,the septum between seed clusters,smell)of A.villosum from different producing areas,there were relatively obvious differences in micro-characteristics(burr shape,perianth residue and style residue).[Conclusion]The combination of characters and micro-characters can accurately identify and distinguish A.villosum from different producing areas,and provide a theoretical basis for the identification of A.villosum from different producing areas.
