摘  要:在海洋石油工程中使用水泥压块进行水下管缆保护是一种较为常见的形式,通常在海上安装水泥压块时,每次只能吊装下放1块水泥压块,施工效率低、耗费船天。为提高水泥压块的海上安装效率,提出一种基于ROV操作的多层水泥压块吊放装置,可以实现一次性吊装下放多层水泥压块。该多层水泥压块吊放装置已在流花16-2油田群工程项目中成功建造及应用。应用结果表明吊放装置的结构强度满足设计要求,海上安装时每次能够实现同时下放3层水泥压块,减少了船舶吊机的使用次数,极大地提高了施工效率,降本增效效果显著。这是国内自主设计应用的多层释放的深水水泥压块吊放装置,研究成果对其他深水项目水泥压块的安装具有重要的借鉴意义及应用推广价值。The use of concrete mattress for protection of subsea piping cables in offshore oil projects is a relatively common form,usually only one concrete mattress can be hoisted and lowered at one time in concrete mattress installation,which is low in construction efficiency and consumes vessel days.In order to improve the efficiency of offshore installation of mattress,this paper proposes a multi-layer concrete mattresses lifting device based on ROV operation,which can realize one-time hoisting and lowering of multi-layer concrete mattresses.The construction and application of the multi-layer concrete mattresses lifting device was completed in Liuhua 16-2 oil fields project.The results show that the structural strength of the lifting device meets the design requirements,and three layers of concrete mattresses can be lowered at the same time during offshore installation,which reduces the number of times the vessel crane is used,greatly improves the construction efficiency,and has a significant effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This is the domestic use of a multi-layer release subsea concrete mattresses lifting device.The research results have important reference significance and application promotion value for the installation of concrete mattress in other deep-water oil field projects.
