摘 要:通过断口及表面宏观形貌、化学成分和金相组织等检测分析,对电厂主蒸汽流量变送器接头断裂失效原因进行了研究。结果表明,锅炉主蒸汽流量变送器接头断裂的原因是变送器接头所用材料中Cr元素含量远低于奥氏体不锈钢对Cr含量的要求,当材料长期在高温运行过程中与电解质的电化学腐蚀环境相接触时在晶界处形成贫Cr区而发生的严重的晶间腐蚀而导致断裂。Through the analysis of fracture and surface macroscopic feature,chemical composition,hardness and microstructure,the fracture failure reason of main steam flow transmitter joint in power plant is studied.The results show that the fracture reason of the main steam flow transmitter connector is that the Cr content of the material used in the transmitter connector is far lower than that of austenitic stainless steel.When the material contacts with the electrochemical corrosion environment of electrolyte for a long time in the process of high temperature operation,a Cr poor zone is formed at the crystal boundary,which leads to the fracture.
