摘　　要：滚珠丝杠副传动是目前多数机床采用的进给系统传动方式,文中从滚珠丝杠副的设计和安装角度出发,讨论提高滚珠丝杠副定位精度及使用寿命的方法,着重介绍了丝杠选型、支撑方式选择、轴承座的设计、轴承预紧的选择、预拉伸量的计算及滚珠丝杠副的安装精度要求,为滚珠丝杠副的设计安装提供参考。Ball screw drive is the feed system drive mode adopted by most machine tools at present.This paper discusses the methods to improve the positioning accuracy and service life of ball screw from the perspective of design and installation of ball screw.It focuses on the selection of lead screw,the selection of support mode,the design of bearing seat,the selection of bearing preload,the calculation of pretension and the installation precision of ball screw.It provides a reference for the design and installation of ball screw pair.
