摘  要:针对国内某钢铁公司转炉汽化冷却烟道异常失效的情况,通过宏观检查、金相分析、能谱分析、XPS、X荧光分析等方法对失效原因和腐蚀元素来源进行了分析。结果表明:腐蚀是从烟道内侧表面开始的,逐步穿透,最终形成穿孔失效,内外表面腐蚀坑附近都没有发现裂纹,没有发现应力腐蚀和材料过热的痕迹;对腐蚀坑及辅助炉料的成分分析均发现含有Cl和S元素。文中确定了腐蚀元素的来源,提出了一种新的高温腐蚀机理,并结合工作实践提出具体建议。This paper introduces the abnormal failure of converter vaporized cooling flue in a steel company in China.The causes of failure and the sources of corrosive elements are analyzed by means of macro-examination,metallographic analysis,energy spectrum analysis,XPS and X-ray fluorescence analysis.The results show that:point etching starts from the inside surface of the flue and gradually penetrates,resulting in point etching perforation failure.No cracks or signs of stress corrosion and material overheating are found near the surface corrosion pits both inside and outside.Cl and S elements are found in the composition analysis of the pits and auxiliary furnaces,and the source of corrosive elements is determined.A new high temperature corrosion mechanism is proposed.Targeted suggestions are put forward in combination with work practice.
