摘　　要：对某型全复材通用飞机机体结构制造的工艺方案进行总结,包括对结构成形、工模具、机械加工、装配连接等环节的工艺方法进行比较取舍,探讨了各种成形和加工方法在全复材通用飞机生产中的适用性,对全复材飞机生产线规划具有一定的参考意义。This paper summarizes the process plan for the manufacture of a certain type of all-composite general aircraft body structure,including the comparison and selection of process methods in structural forming,tooling,machining,assembly and connection.The applicability of various forming and processing methods in the production of all-composite general aircraft is discussed,which has certain reference significance for the planning of all-composite aircraft production lines.
