摘 要:高温合金GH4169具有良好的力学性能,由于材料的硬度等特性,在加工制造过程中难以保证零件的表面粗糙度。文中采用正交实验法对材料切削过程中的表面粗糙度、金属切除量进行实验研究,由切削速度、背吃刀量及进给量的分析可知:随着切削速度增加,零件表面粗糙度降低;随着背吃刀量与进给量的增加,零件的表面粗糙度增大;金属切除量随着切削三要素的增加而增加。通过车削实验对高温合金GH4169表面粗糙度与金属切除量参数分析,建立其最优预测模型,为以后加工高温合金GH4169奠定了理论基础。GH4169 has good mechanical properties.Due to the hardness and other characteristics of the material,it is difficult to ensure the surface roughness of the parts in the manufacturing process.The orthogonal experimental method is used to study the surface roughness and the amount of metal cutting in the process of material cutting.The analysis of cutting speed,the amount of cutting tool and the amount of feed can be obtained:with the increase of cutting speed,the surface roughness of parts decreases;with the increase of the amount of cutting tool and feed,the surface roughness of parts increases.The amount of metal cutting increases with the increase of the three elements of cutting.Through the turning experiment,the parameters of GH4169 surface roughness and metal cutting amount are analyzed and the optimal prediction model is established,which can lay a theoretical foundation for the reference of GH4169 in the future processing.
