摘　　要：铁路工程建设正推行单价承包合同。本文以分析铁路工程单价承包合同责任主体风险分担原则为切入点,以水泥、钢筋、油料及火工品等材料为代表分析单价承包合同材料价差调整风险分担情况,在进一步分析单价承包合同价差风险分担与行业现行文件差异的基础上,提出铁路工程单价承包合同材料价差风险合理分担的思路,希望能为制定单价承包合同模式下的投资控制配套政策提供参考。The unit price contract is being used within railway construction.This paper analyzes the risk sharing principle of the responsible subject of the railway project unit price contract,and analyzes the risk sharing situation of material price difference adjustment in the unit price contract with cement,steel bar,oil and explosive materials as representatives.On the basis of further analysis of the difference between the risk sharing and the existing document,this paper puts forward the idea of reasonable risk sharing of material price difference in railway project unit price contract,and hoping to provide reference for formulating the supporting policies of investment control under the unit price contract model.
