摘　　要：根据直升机操作系统低速重载的使用工况,以额定静载荷为目标对杆端调心球轴承进行优化设计。建立有限元模型对轴承接触应力进行分析,得出的轴承最大接触应力为3260 MPa,低于调心球轴承静载荷容量(4600 MPa),满足使用要求。搭建试验台对轴承进行径向、轴向额定静载荷试验,满足试验前后轴承径向游隙增量不大于5μm,轴向游隙增量不大于15μm的要求。仿真和试验结果说明了轴承优化设计的正确性。According to working conditions of low speed and heavy load of helicopter operating system,the rod end self-aligning ball bearings are designed optimally with the aim of static load rating.The finite element model is established to analyze the contact stress of the bearings,and the resultant maximum contact stress is 3260 MPa in the bearings,being smaller than 4600 MPa,the static load capacity of self-aligning ball bearings,which meet the requirements of application.A test bench is set up to conduct the static radial and axial load rating tests on the bearings,meeting the requirement that the increment of radial clearance of the bearings before and after test shall not be greater than 5μm,the increment of axial clearance shall not be greater than 15μm.The simulation and test results show that the correctness of optimal design of the bearings.
