摘  要:对采用永磁传动的某离心泵转子系统振动特性展开分析。首先,对支承转子系统的角接触球轴承和圆柱滚子轴承的径向刚度进行计算;其次,将同步永磁联轴器(SPMC)连接的电动机转子轴和泵转子轴在磁耦合处进行“隔离”处理,分别对两转子轴进行模态分析,求解其固有频率、临界转速及振型;最后,计算SPMC主动转子与从动转子之间的不平衡磁拉力,以SPMC的不平衡磁拉力和叶轮的不平衡力为激振源,对电动机转子轴和泵转子轴进行振动响应分析。结果表明:采用永磁传动的离心泵转子系统在工作转速附近不存在共振风险;在单一激振源或多激振源的联合激励作用下,电动机转子轴和离心泵转子轴的测点振动速度均较小,SPMC的径向安装误差对转子系统的振动影响不敏感,采用永磁传动的转子系统表现出良好的振动特性。The vibration characteristics of a centrifugal pump rotor system with permanent magnet drive are analytically studied.Firstly,the radial stiffness of angular contact ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing supporting the rotor system is calculated.Secondly,the motor rotor shaft and pump rotor shaft connected by Synchronous Permanent Magnet Coupling(SPMC)are isolated at magnetic coupling point,and the natural frequency,critical speed and vibration mode of two rotor shafts are calculated by modal analysis.Finally,the unbalanced magnetic tension between active rotor and driven rotor of SPMC is calculated.The unbalance magnetic tension generated by SPMC and the unbalance force of impeller are used as excitation sources to analyze the vibration responses of motor rotor shaft and pump rotor shaft.The results show that:the rotor system of centrifugal pump with permanent magnet drive has no resonance risk near working speed;under the action of single excitation source or multi-excitation sources,the vibration velocity values of measuring points of motor rotor shaft and pump rotor shaft are both small,and the radial installation error of SPMC is insensitive to vibration effect of rotor system.The rotor system with permanent magnet drive shows good vibration characteristics.
