摘　　要：油气润滑是高速及超高速滚动轴承常用的润滑方式,为了对油气润滑下的滚动轴承进行性能测试,开发了一种基于电主轴驱动的油气润滑轴承性能测试系统,可实现不同载荷、转速和供油参数工况下轴承力矩和温度的同步测量。介绍了测试系统的结构组成、工作原理、单元功能、油气润滑参数的调节方法,并进行了不同转速下轴承力矩和温度的测试,结果表明:轴承在开始测试30 min后的数值趋于稳定,实际应用中可采集该测试系统30~40 min区间内的数据作为有效数据进行后续分析,测试系统运行可靠,测值准确。Oil-air lubrication is a commonly-used lubricating method for high speed and ultra high speed rolling bearings.In order to test the performances of rolling bearings under oil-air lubrication,a performance test system for oil-air lubricated bearings driven by motorized spindle is developed,which can realize the simultaneous measurement of torque and temperature of the bearings under different loads,rotational speeds and oil supply parameters.The structural composition,operating principle,function of unit and adjusting method for oil-air lubrication parameters are introduced,and then the torque and temperature of the bearings under different rotational speeds are tested.The results show that:the value of the bearings tend to be stable after test of 30 minutes.In practical application,the data within 30 to 40 minutes of test system can be collected as effective data for subsequent analysis.The test system runs reliably,and the measured values are accurate.
