摘  要:为把握金刚石串珠绳锯煤层割缝的卸压效应,结合开滦矿区某矿5号煤层煤柱割缝的工程实际,采用相似材料模拟试验研究了缝槽顶底板移动和应力分布规律,通过理论分析了顶板下沉触底的机理。研究表明:绳锯切割煤层形成缝槽后,在缝槽上下方煤岩中形成了应力集中区、应力降低区和应力恢复区,并在缝槽上方形成了小范围的裂隙带及弯曲下沉带;缝槽上方1.5 m范围内卸压效果较好,距离缝槽越近卸压效果越好。建立金刚石串珠绳锯切割煤层理论模型探讨了缝槽顶板弯曲触底、断裂触底两种形式,提出了相应的条件判别式。研究结果对于金刚石串珠绳锯切割煤层卸压具有一定的指导意义。In order to grasp the pressure relief effect of diamond wire saw seam slitting,combined with the engineering reality of the slit of coal pillar in No.5 coal seam of a mine in Kailuan mining area,similar material simulation experiment is used to study the roof and floor movement and stress distribution law of seam slot,and the mechanism of roof sinking and bottoming is analyzed theoretically.The research shows that after forming a slot,the stress concentration zone,stress decreasing zone and stress recovery zone are formed in the coal and rock above and below the slot,and a small range of fractured zone and bending zone are formed above the slot.The pressure relief effect is better within 1.5 m above the slot,and the closer the distance to the seam slot,the better the pressure relief effect.The theoretical model of diamond wire saw slitting coal seam is established to explore the two forms of seam roof bending and fracture bottoming,and the corresponding condition discriminant formulas are proposed respectively.The research results have certain guiding significance for pressure relief of coal seam slitting with diamond wire saw.
