摘  要:设计氢化锆卷扬成雾及爆炸综合测试平台,研究氢化锆卷扬成雾及爆炸火焰传播机理。研究表明:破膜激波卷扬起沉积氢化锆粉尘后进行速度方向发生持续变化的往复运动,压力集中在中部70 mm处。点燃初期,氢化锆粉尘的火焰速度比较慢,呈不规则的离散型火焰锋面,后期火焰速度加快,火焰锋面趋向于弧线型,随着氢化锆粉尘的浓度继续增大,火焰锋面趋向于平滑的线型。火焰锋面和时间近似于线性关系,而火焰的速度及压力出现了脉动,氢化锆浓度的增大,会加剧火焰速度的脉动程度和增大火焰平均速度。A comprehensive test platform for fog formation and explosion of zirconium hydride winch was designed to study the mechanism of fog formation and explosion flame propagation of zirconium hydride winch.The results show that after the deposition of zirconium hydride dust is hoisted by the film breaking shock wave,the reciprocating motion with continuous change in the speed direction is carried out,and the pressure is concentrated at 70 mm in the middle.In the initial stage of ignition of zirconium hydride dust,the flame speed is slow,and the flame front is irregular discrete type.In the later stage,the flame speed is accelerated,and the flame front tends to arc line type.With the increase of zirconium hydride concentration,the flame front tends to smooth line type.The relationship between flame front and time is approximately linear,while the flame velocity and pressure fluctuate.The increase of zirconium hydride concentration will aggravate the fluctuation degree of flame velocity and increase the average flame velocity.
