摘  要:研究了一种使用Fr4环氧树脂板材代替普通叠层橡胶隔震支座钢板的Fr4橡胶隔震支座,这种支座使用Fr4环氧树脂板材(以玻璃纤维为增强材料,环氧树脂为基体的复合材料)作为橡胶隔震支座的加劲层材料,使之具有造价低廉、质量低、隔震性能好等适用于村镇建筑的特点。对Fr4环氧树脂板材进行了拉伸及弯曲力学性能试验,试验结果表明:Fr4环氧树脂板材可取代传统叠层橡胶隔震支座中的钢板作为橡胶隔震支座的加劲层材料。并且对Fr4橡胶支座进行了水平刚度试验、竖向刚度试验及探索了不同竖向荷载及剪应变下支座的等效阻尼比,研究表明:Fr4支座性能稳定,滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力明显,且支座的竖向刚度远大于水平刚度,是一种理想的隔震支座。Rubber isolation bearing using Fr4 epoxy resin plate instead of ordinary laminated rubber steel plate is studied.This kind of bearing uses Fr4 epoxy resin sheet(a composite material with glass fiber as reinforcement material and epoxy resin as matrix)as the stiffening layer material of the rubber vibration isolation bearing,which has the characteristics of low cost,low weight and good seismic isolation performance for village and town buildings.The experimental results of tensile and bending mechanical properties of Fr4 epoxy resin plate show that its can replace the steel plate in traditional laminated rubber isolation bearing as the stiffening layer material of rubber isolation bearing.The horizontal stiffness experiment and vertical stiffness experiment of Fr4 rubber bearing are carried out,and the equivalent damping ratio of Fr4 bearing under different vertical loads and shear strain is explored.The results show that Fr4 bearing has stable performance,full hysteresis curve,obvious energy consumption capacity,and the vertical stiffness of the bearing is much larger than the horizontal stiffness,it is an ideal isolation bearing.
