摘  要:在探讨火法炼铜工艺流程及其原理的基础上,从人、设、环、管等四个方面分析了事故风险因素并建立了火法炼铜事故多因素风险耦合作用因果关系模型,明确各因素之间的作用关系。建立火法炼铜事故风险因素耦合度评价指标体系,构建功效函数和耦合度函数;对某火法炼铜企业进行事故风险因素耦合度评价的结果表明,各因素之间的耦合处于中等水平,此时,人、设、环、管之间的关联性较高,出现事故的概率也较大。最后基于解耦理论提出了火法炼铜事故控制策略。On the basis of exploring the pyroprocess and its principles,the accident risk factors are analyzed from four aspects:human,equipment,environment and management,and a multi-factor risk coupling causality model for pyroprocess copper accidents is established to clarify the relationship between the factors.The coupling degree evaluation index system is established,and the function and coupling degree function are constructed.The coupling degree evaluation of a pyrometallurgical copper enterprise shows that the coupling degree of each factor is at a medium level.At this time,the correlation among human,equipment,environment and management is high,and the probability of accident is also high.Based on the decoupling theory,the strategy of reducing accidents is put forward.
