摘 要:随着我国油气管网的初步成形,管道里程呈现了倍增式发展,管道工地随之增多。智慧工地作为新兴产业,虽已融入了许多自动化、信息化的构建方法,但在管道行业的应用仍在探索与试用阶段,仍然缺少有效的设计方法及模块化的构建技术。介绍了长输油气管道、市政、铁路、电力等行业在智慧工地方面的尝试与优秀经验,结合管道行业自身特点定义了基于全生命周期的管道智慧工地概念,形成了管道智慧工地整体及感知层、传输层、数据层、决策层、应用层、监管层的推荐框架方法;介绍了管道智慧工地可用的智能化方法,并概述了利用综合评价法对管道工地方案进行评价。研究发现:管道智慧工地仍有极大的发展空间,智能技术的运用将进一步推动管道行业发展。With the initial formation of China’s oil and gas pipeline network, the pipeline mileage presents a multiplier development,and pipeline construction sites are increasing. As an emerging industry, smart construction site has integrated many automation and information construction methods, but its application in the pipeline industry is still in the exploration and trial stage, lacking effective design methods and modular construction technology. This paper introduces the attempts and excellent experience in the applications of the smart construction site in the leading industries such as long-distance oil and gas pipeline, municipal administration, railway and electric power, defines the concept of smart pipeline construction site based on the whole life cycle in combination with the characteristics of the pipeline industry, and forms the recommendation framework of the whole smart pipeline construction site, including perception layer, transmission layer, data layer, decision-making layer, application layer and supervision layer. This paper introduces also the intelligent methods which can be used in the smart pipeline construction site, and summarizes the evaluation method of pipeline construction site schemes by using comprehensive evaluation method. It is found that there is still great room for the development of smart pipeline construction site, and the application of intelligent technology will further promote the development of pipeline industry.
