摘  要:环焊缝缺陷是影响长输天然气管道安全平稳运行的重要因素之一,目前主要采取钢制环氧套筒进行不动火的临时修复或永久修复,并用其环向承载能力进行修复效果评估,而较少关注其轴向抗拉能力。利用钢制环氧套筒对Φ508 mm钢管环焊缝上的人工制造缺陷进行修复,并对修复后的钢管进行全尺寸拉伸试验,试验结果表明钢制环氧套筒的填充树脂与钢材的剪切强度仅为0.92 MPa,钢制环氧套筒的轴向补强能力非常有限。Girth weld defect is one of the important factors affecting the safe and stable operation of long-distance natural gas pipeline.At present, the steel epoxy sleeve is mainly used for temporary or permanent repair of it without hot work, and the repair effect is evaluated by its circumferential bearing capacity, but less attention is paid to its axial tensile capacity. In this paper, the steel epoxy sleeve is used to repair the manual manufacturing defects on the girth weld of φ508 steel pipe, and the full-scale tensile test of the repaired steel pipe was carried out. The test result shows that the shear strength between the filled resin of the steel epoxy sleeve and the steel is only 0.92 MPa, and the axial reinforcement ability of the steel epoxy sleeve to the steel pipe is very limited.
