摘  要:天然气作为人民生活不可缺少的燃料,具有无色无味的物理性质,在使用过程中,容易发生由于泄漏引起的爆炸、火灾、窒息、致人中毒等安全事件。为了及时发现天然气泄漏可在燃气中添加少量四氢噻吩,但要确保燃气终端用户加臭剂含量在国家标准要求的范围内,需对燃气终端用户的四氢噻吩含量进行测量。基于电化学原理的四氢噻吩传感器,阐述了一种四氢噻吩在线检测方法。在乐山某天然气有限公司进行实测,结果表明该在线检测技术可以准确稳定地测量燃气中四氢噻吩浓度,提升了城镇燃气使用的安全性。As an indispensable fuel for people’s life, natural gas has colorless and tasteless physical properties. In the process of its use,it is easy to leak and cause safety events such as explosion, fire, human asphyxiation and poisoning. Adding a small amount of strong irritant gas to the gas can detect the natural gas leakage in time, so as to take effective measures to prevent safety accidents caused by gas leakage. Tetrahydrothiophene is not corrosive to the gas transportation pipeline, will not produce habitual passivation to the human sense of smell, and will not cause irritation reactions such as cough, headache and tear. Therefore, Tetrahydrothiophene is currently used as the odorant of natural gas in China. In order to reduce the possibility of gas safety accidents and ensure that the odorant content of the gas at end users is within the scope of national standards, the odorant content of the gas at end users needs to be measured. An on-line detection method of Tetrahydrothiophene based on electrochemical principle is proposed. The actual application of it in a natural gas Co., Ltd. in Leshan shows that the on-line detection technology of Tetrahydrothiophene can accurately and stably measure Tetrahydrothiophene in gas and improve the safety of urban gas use.
