摘 要:随着渤海油田的不断开发,水平井含水率上升问题日趋明显,部分油田的平均含水率更是高达90%以上,水平井高含水问题已成为制约渤海油田稳油增产的主要因素,水平井控水也成为了水平井治理的重点和难点。以渤海某油田某水平井为例,该井成功应用了ACP环空化学封隔与缆控分层采油控水的组合控水技术,能够实现水平井分段开采功能,对于每个产层的产液量、压力和温度均可实时、长期在线监测,流量可边测边调,对解决渤海油田水平井高含水问题具有重要意义。With the continuous development of Bohai oilfield, the water cut of horizontal wells increases, and the average water cut of some oilfields is more than 90%. The problem of high water cut in horizontal wells has become the main factor restricting the stability and production increase of Bohai oilfield. Water control in horizontal wells has also become the focus and difficulty of horizontal well treatment. Taking a horizontal well in an oilfield in Bohai Sea as an example, the combined water control technology of ACP annulus chemical sealing and cable controlled layered oil production and water control has been successfully applied, which can realize the function of segmented production of horizontal wells. The liquid production, pressure and temperature of each production layer can be monitored in real time and for a long time, and the flow rate can be adjusted while measuring, which is of great significance to solving the problem of high water cut in horizontal wells in Bohai oilfield.
