摘  要:狮62井是柴达木盆地高温深部储层的一口探井,其压裂改造面临较高的挑战,井深超过5 500 m,具有岩性复杂、天然裂缝发育、储层致密、温度高、施工压力高等难点,以往的压裂工艺技术适应性较差。通过开展压前井筒综合评估、高温压裂液体系优选、措施改造工艺优化等研究,逐步形成了适应于柴达木盆地酸处理降破裂压力、大管径油管浅下降摩阻、高黏前置复合压裂液、多段塞多尺度组合支撑剂、耐180℃压裂液体系和压裂井筒安全评估为主的高温深部储层压裂改造关键技术。结果表明,高温深部储层压裂改造关键技术保障了狮62井压裂的顺利施工,压后获工业油气流,为柴达木盆地高温深井勘探开发提供了技术支撑。Shi 62 well is an exploration well of high-temperature deep reservoir in Qaidam Basin. It has the well depth of more than 5500 m and the difficulties of complex lithology, natural fracture development, tight reservoir, high temperature and high construction pressure. The adaptability of previous fracturing technology to it is poor, and its fracturing transformation is facing great challenges. Before fracturing, through the comprehensive evaluation of wellbore, the optimization of high-temperature fracturing fluid system and the optimization of fracturing measures and transformation process, the key fracturing reconstruction technologies to high-temperature deep reservoir in Qaidam Basin are formed, such as acid treatment fracture pressure reducing, shallow large diameter tubing friction reduction, high-viscosity composite fracturing fluid, multi-slug combination proppant, 180 ℃ resistant fracturing fluid system and wellbore safety evaluation. The application result shows that the key technologies of fracturing transformation for high-temperature deep reservoir ensures the smooth fracturing construction of Shi 62 well, and obtains industrial oil and gas flow after fracturing, which provides technical support for the exploration and development of high-temperature deep wells in Qaidam Basin.
